Senator Mackie requested that the reconsideration on CS FOR                    
HOUSE BILL NO. 73(FIN) An Act relating to commercial vehicle                   
registration fees and taxes; relating to determining the taxable               
location of a vehicle for purposes of municipal registration taxes; and        
providing for an effective date be taken up. The bill was before the           
Senate on reconsideration.                                                     
                                                                               
Senator Mackie moved that the reconsideration on CS FOR HOUSE                  
BILL NO. 73(FIN) be held to the March 24 calendar. Senator Ellis
